REGISTRATION

Please print out the Registration Form, complete it, and mail it along with your registration fee, payable to Company Dance. You will receive notification by mail of your proposed class schedule.

It is important that students are placed in skill-appropriate classes. Our professional staff will determine which classes are best to ensure proper training for your dancer.
