If you need to discuss anything regarding your child, we
will be happy to arrange a time to meet or return your phone

- Upon

a message. Make up classes are encouraged. Students should

Tips
to Enhance Your Company Dance Experience
- If
you take class and find it to complicated or challenging,
understand that this is a normal feeling. It will take several
classes to allow your body to acquire a certain amount of
muscle memory, stamina and strength. It does get easier,
but once is not enough.
-
Please note that our classes are geared to challenge you
and help with body awareness, fitness and artistry.
Feel
free to consult with your instructor for alternative exercises
or moves that can better match your pace as you build strength,
stamina and coordination. Always work at your own pace.
- For
your safety and to respect your fellow classmates, we will
not admit anyone 15 minutes after class has started. The
first 10 to 15 minutes are very important because it provides
the warm-up that prepares your body for the physical activity
ahead.
- You
will be asked to sign-in at the front desk before taking
any class. Please have your method of payment ready. We
want to get you into class as quickly as possible. Students
wishing to take more than one class per night will be asked
to sign-in for all classes upon arrival.
- Most
importantly we want your experience to be positive, fulfilling
and fun. If you have any questions please feel free to contact
us. Our facility is more than delighted to answer any of
your questions and to make your time here comfortable and
enjoyable.
