Designed
for the adult student as well as dancers, this one and half
hour class will utilize a series of progressive, set exercises
to demonstrate the fundamentals of the Pilates method. Each
class will begin with a thorough warm up followed by lengthening
and toning exercises based on the principles of core stabilization.
All classes will conclude with a sequence of relaxation
techniques.

Long hair pulled into ponytail. Short hair pulled neatly
